∑autosum accounts is an easy-to-use Management Accounts application designed to suit new-start and medium to small sized enterprises.

For the new-start business the Dashboard provides an easy to follow introduction with a set of guide notes prepared as a checklist. This leads into the set-up routines. For each menu item dealt with within the application there is a linked HELP description.

The application starts with the creation of the Chart of Accounts. To assist with this a range of templates is provided for you to select from. The selected template can immediately be viewed in the format of both the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet Data. All of the templates provided can be scrolled and viewed in this way in a matter of minutes.

If a template is used it can be edited to change the Account Numbers and Titles to suit individual requirements or to add other accounts.

Users can create their own sets of Accounts should they so wish.
