∑autosum accounts is a secure application hosted in an ISO27001 data centre where the application "safe operating" capacity is constantly monitored.All data is backed up and security tested on a daily basis.
There is a business continuity plan in operation.
There is a HELP ticket function as part of the application providing Users with the means to report back to ∑autosum accounts. This should be used for dealing with any items that the User considers requires attention. On receipt of the HELP ticket the support team will place the tickets into categories and attention to the reported items will be given as soon as possible. In each instance a member of the support team will communicate personally with the User.
